When you spend almost 6 years of your life with someone you kind of assume that your path will one day lead to marriage.
But when the day arrives and the question is asked, I speak from experience when I say that nothing truly prepares you for the moment!
Nick proposed September 6th, 2008 in front of Windsor’s beautiful Peace Fountain. I am completely overjoyed at the prospect of spending my life with someone who motivated me through university, and someone who has stood by me through the very many ups and downs of life. You know you are with the right person when they bring out your best.
We are so incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by friends and family who support us. Thank you to everyone for your well-wishes!
Hopefully this blog will help keep everyone up to date with our wedding plans. We are still carefully considering what course to take, but as soon as we decide we will be sure to let you know. It is a momentous occasion and one we want to ensure reflects our personalities and desires, yet is memorable and special for ourselves and our guests.
